In this update I'm bring a new to weapon to the fight, Sea mines along side some fixes and changes
- The Sea mine can be purchase for 200 scrap and can be upgraded. Lay mines with number 1
- Change Tiering and spawning to make enemies stronger faster
- Fixed some minor problems, including typos, inconsistent damage and UI elements
